By using this website you agree to these Terms. They cover both what applies now (an informational pre-launch site) and what will apply in the future when services go live.
- This site is informational only. Submitting the form registers your interest — it does not create any account, contract, or obligation to provide services.
- Nothing here is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, nor an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell anything.
- The demo and the “live activity” feed are illustrative and may use sample or simulated (paper) data.
- Intellectual property: the AI Invest name, brand, content, and especially our investment methods and models are proprietary trade secrets. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell them.
- Acceptable use: don't misuse, attack, or attempt to disrupt the site.
- The site is provided “as is” without warranties; to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from use of this pre-launch site.
Live investing services will be governed by a separate, binding Client Agreement and product Terms of Service presented at onboarding, available only after we are properly licensed in our launch jurisdiction. Those documents — not this page — will define the regulated relationship, fees, custody, and risk terms. This website's terms will continue to govern the marketing site.
Governing law will be that of our launch jurisdiction (targeted: UAE — ADGM/DIFC). We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here.
