Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why. We run two tracks: what applies now (a pre-launch marketing site that only registers interest), and what will apply in the future once we launch a regulated product.
What we collect
- Only what you voluntarily submit in the early-access form: name, email, region, your interests (e.g. halal vs regular), and any optional notes.
- Basic, privacy-respecting analytics (aggregate page visits). No advertising trackers.
- No bank details, ID documents, or money — we take no deposits and open no accounts yet.
How we use it
- To contact you about early access and launch waves, and to gauge demand by region/interest.
- We do not sell or rent your data.
Your choices
- Ask us to access or delete your data anytime at hello@aiinvest.ink.
- We keep early-access data only as long as needed for launch outreach.
When we launch a regulated service, we will collect additional information required to provide it and to meet legal duties, including:
- Identity & verification data for KYC/AML (e.g. ID, address, source of funds).
- Suitability/risk-profile answers, and account & transaction data via our licensed custodian/broker.
That processing will be governed by the data-protection law of our launch jurisdiction (we are targeting the UAE — ADGM/DIFC frameworks) and other applicable laws (e.g. GDPR where relevant), with a full, updated policy published before any onboarding.
